In North Dakota a warrant was issued on March 22, 2019 for the arrest of Shaun Williams (under his changed name “Christian Sky”) in the city of Williston for the crime of Gross Sexual Imposition. On March 25, 2019 Williams was arrested and charged with the crime for suspected sexual behavior with a mentally impaired person. He spent 50 days incarcerated and has now been released awaiting trial, currently scheduled for December 12, 2019. We will update this post as the trial progresses. (Note the open felony charge, below.)

This charge got dropped due to a jurisdiction technicality. Even though he admitted it, he’s getting away with it. He’s in one of the papers saying she said no but it seems like she participated
